MEET ANDRE HUESTON MACK
Andre Mack is an award-winning sommelier, noted for his work in San Antonio and for chef Thomas Keller both at The French Landry in Yountville, CA and Pe Se in New York City, where he managed a 1500-selection award-winning wine list and consulted regularly with Chef Keller on menu and pairing development. Winemaking had always been a dream of his and came to fruition in 2007 when he foundedIn 2007, Mack founded Mouton Noir Wines, serving restaurants and retail from his Oregon winery, as well as curating wines for Club W, a wine club for a new generation of drinkers.
