Love and Hospitality on a Political Day

February 20th

We're not a political show. But we're political people.

And so for President's Day, with Ben returning from Portland and Jacqueline holed up at home writing away, we're sharing two clips from past episodes, with a bit more of J's mooning.

First, Floyd and Barkha Cardoz of Paowalla restaurant and our recent Power Couples series share what it was like to immigrate almost thirty years ago, and how hard Floyd had to work to rise the ranks as an Indian chef in New York City. Then we return to our first show after the election in November, when we discussed how to open up conversation and make room for a little more love and friendship during tough political times.
